Apache Corporation, a Delaware corporation formed in 1954, is an independent energy company that explores for, develops and produces natural gas, crude oil and natural gas liquids. In North America, our exploration and production interests are focused in the Gulf of Mexico, the Gulf Coast, the Permian Basin, the Anadarko Basin and the Western Sedimentary Basin of Canada. Outside of North America we have exploration and production interests offshore Western Australia, offshore and onshore Egypt, offshore The People's Republic of China and onshore Argentina, and exploration interests in Poland. Our common stock, par value $0.625 per share, has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange since 1969, and on the Chicago Stock Exchange since 1960.
